Summer Camp Day One!
Hello everyone,
Today was the first day of the third Ballyconneely Summer Camp. So far so good. I have a lovely bunch of children in attendance. It was a very busy day, the busiest of all my camps so far. A few people showed up who hadn’t booked, but luckily I was prepared! Here is a list of what we did, and this was all in one day!We were very industrious. Thank you to all thirty five children who attended. I am looking forward to tomorrow!
10-10:15 Introduction

11:00-11:15- SOS
11:15-12:00 Marshmallow houses construction.
12:00-12:30- Candle and Jars experiment
12:30-1:00- Awards and prize giving, tidy up, home time.

I would love to run some summer camps like this! I have a quick question for you in relation to your camps. How many volunteers do you generally have helping you out? What is the minimum you would recommend? thanks!
I love the dinosaur art. It’s great to see how the same activity can allow children to work creatively and show their own style. I’ll definitely be using that one in the future. Thanks for sharing!
